There are no hidden charges beyond this unless you request special services not included in a standard management agreement.

All client funds (rent, bonds, etc.) are held in a trust account in compliance with South Australian and national real estate regulations. This ensures your money is safe, transparent, and always accounted for.

You can typically switch after giving your current agency any required notice (usually 14–30 days). Once notice is served, we can take over your management and implement our proactive service and savings immediately.

We coordinate all maintenance through trusted & Certified contractors and keep you informed every step of the way. You get real-time updates via your owner portal, including quotes and status reports.

Yes. Owners have 24/7 access to a secure online portal where you can view all statements, rent collection reports, maintenance activities, and more at any time.

We proactively manage rent arrears and follow legal procedures to minimise risk. If a property becomes vacant, we will immediately relist it, often before the prior lease ends, to keep your vacancy periods low.

Yes. Our management agreement includes clear exit terms. If we don’t meet your expectations, you can cancel. We’re confident you’ll stay, but we believe in accountability and clarity.
